Festival Vendors
Calling All Vendors!
We're looking for 2024 Food Vendors to join us at this year's festival, helping us celebrate 25 years of our Festival.
We have taken on board the feedback from last year's participating vendors and continue to build a great experience for the businesses we support and our patrons!
Vendors wishing to participate at the festival are encouraged to complete and submit an application either by using our online form or download the Word document and submit via email to kinscotfest@bmts.com

Please read and sign the Vendor Code of Conduct, ensuring the safety of the vendors and all festival patrons. Your safety is important to us!
Application Checklist
Below is a checklist of the documentation you will need to provide to complete the application process.
Proof of business ownership
(Provincial Business Name Registration or Signed Franchise Agreement)
Provincial vehicle registration
(Vehicle Ownership), name and address are to match the applicants
Proof of Health Inspection Certification
